We ship out orders within 48 hours unless there is a clearance or discount sale taking place, which can add up to an additional 5 working days to the processing of orders and we will notify you if something is out of stock. Pick up is available from our Melbourne and Sydney stores only.

Truckers Toy Store ships Australia wide with secure couriers and Australia Post services. This enables us to choose the most suitable and cheapest carrier every time, creating savings and cutting delivery times for you, the customer.

Insurance is also included within our shipping charges. This means that you don’t have to worry if your items arrive in poor condition.

Online orders must be delivered to the purchaser’s nominated address. Occupational Health & Safety requirements prohibit us from enabling customer access to our warehouse.

We will require someone being available to accept delivery. For your convenience, we recommend having your order sent to your work address if being at home during business hours is not an option.

For items which are in stock, orders received will be shipped within 3 business days.

By close of business on the day your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with full tracking details and information so that you can monitor your order online and in real time. Typical delivery times expected are:

RETURNS

All faulty Goods must be returned to TTS, complete with one package with all component parts (where applicable). Goods should be returned to TTS within Thirty (30) days after receipt of the Goods. Please enclose your receipt and merchandise in a box and mail to: Truckers Toy Store Online Returns, 630 Somerville Road, Sunshine West, Vic. 3020. All returned goods must be mailed by registered post, or delivered by a secure courier. Goods deemed faulty will be replaced free of additional freight charges. Refunds will not be provided for any returned Goods, unless replacement Goods are unavailable. Returned Goods will be inspected and any Goods that have been purposefully tampered with (including but not limited to Goods that have been mishandled; Goods that have had protective coating removed; and Goods that have been damaged by abuse, accident, corrosive environments, negligence or improper installation) will not qualify for exchange or credit.
